Sizing  Jewellery Care All pieces are of different lengths throughout the range.  Necklace lengths are listed along with bracelet & earring lengths. We understand that sizing is as personal as the piece that you choose; therefore we will always custom size things for you.  You will need to advise us of your requirements at the time of your order simply by emailing or phoning us. *Costs will apply to pieces that are considerably enlarged or altered. Below are some general sizing guidelines: NECKLACES: •  Collar Length: 34cms  •  Choker Length: 38cms •  Short Length: 46cms  •  Medium Length: 60cms •  Long Length: 80cms  •  Lariat Length: 100cms BRACELETS: •  Toddler: 13cms  •  Child: 15cms •  Women’s: 18cms  •  Men’s: 20cms 1. To keep your pieces fresh and shine all the time: ensure you own a quality silver cloth. 2. Put your jewellery away, when not in wear, leaving silver to sit out will lead to dullness & loss of shine. 3. Products like ‘jewel clean’ or ‘silver foam’ are great for cleaning your silver.  Remember always follow the instructions, rinse items thoroughly and beware of chemicals, perfumes, oils & hairsprays near semi-precious stones & pearls. 4. Up keep on your favourite pieces that are worn constantly are advised.  After time strung bracelets & necklaces will need to be re-strung to stay strong and durable.  It is sometimes advisable to send us all your favourites for a service at a minimal cost to you. How long will my order take? Returns and Exchanges Once your order & personal requirements have been confirmed, delivery will usually be between 2-5 days or 8-10 days if we are waiting on pieces that are not in stock.  If the pieces you have ordered are in stock we will ship the same or next day or you may visit the showroom to collect your piece. We understand that often gifts are not to your taste, therefore we are happy to exchange your piece or custom create something that you will love. You must return your piece with in 2 weeks. If you are still not sure we will issue you with a gift certificate that you may keep or pass on.  We do not refund for change of mind purchases.  There is no exchange or refund on any sale items. Repairs We are happy to re-work & repair pieces that are not our own, however we must first sight your piece to confirm if we are able, a quote for works will first be created.  Repairs, adjustments & re-stringing to our own pieces are charged at standard rate of $15-$25.
