1. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, and payment has been
cleared, goods will be express mailed at a cost of $10.00 (flat fee).
2. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.
3. No
exchange or refund on change-of-mind purchases.
4. Confirmation of
order and payment and delivery details will be emailed back to you
within 24 hours.
5. Alternative pickup/delivery arrangements can be
made at your own cost, please phone to confirm details.
6. We accept
money order‚ direct deposit and credit card payments.

7. Additional charges may apply
if parcel bulk exceeds set limit. You will be advised of this at time
of order. Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–5 days within
Australia.
8. International
Orders: International shipping is also available, please allow 3-14
days delivery at a flat rate shipping cost of $26.

Diakos accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or consequential loss
whatsoever resulting from or due to the use of Express Post mail
service. If you wish your parcel to be sent to you via Registered Mail,
or with additional insurance, it will incur an additional charge.
